The owners of Sticky Fingerz Rock and Roll Chicken Shack, Chris King and Suzon Awbrey, are opening Rumba-Revolution in the big space that used to be Club Coconuts on the corner of Cumberland St. and Pres. Clinton Ave. in Little Rock’s River Market District.

Rumba-Revolution will be a combination Mexi-Cuban restaurant (Rumba) and a live music venue (Revolution) with the space to hold crowds for the type of bands that wouldn’t play at Sticky Fingerz because it was too small.

Looks like Revolution is following through on its concept, because King just announced that Blues Traveler will play there on July 25. Advance tickets will go on sale next week.
