It’s not on his official schedule, but apparently Gov. Mike Huckabee is joining five other governors for a meeting today with President George W. Bush at the White House. Bush wants to discuss his proposal for a line-item veto.

The only mention of Huckabee’s trip was in a Montgomery, Alabama newspaper.
