Again, we’re calling all would-be bloggers. The Times now has a central blog page with easy links to our small, but soon-to-be-growing family of bloggers.

If you click on the blog page, you’ll find a place to send an e-mail to apply to have a blog of your own. It will be listed on our blog page, using our blogging platform. We have room to add five to 10 more immediately and still more in the future.

We want to build a community of bloggers with a variety of interests from a variety of places. We hope to have good writers, good commentary, fresh viewpoints and, ideally, some reporting of happenings of interest. First priority: Arkansas and every thing and person within.

Interested? Click the page and send us a note. (We already have 10 applicants.) We hope to select our first “community bloggers” in the next two weeks.
