The North Shore Business Park (Gene Pfeifer, director) is donating 100 acres (50 of which already an easement for the north shore bike/hike trail) directly north of the Murray Lock and Dam and its new bike/pedestrian bridge to spur river trail development. Ceremony is set tomorrow.
