CNN has Bush popularity ratings at 35 percent and a huge gap between likely Democrat and Republican voters.

So the question: Is Bush’s visit to Arkansas today a sign of his stupidity or Arkansas voter stupidity? We’ll know tomorrow for certain. He’ll be on the ground at XNA (more precisely, the Tyson hangar) about an hour today, starting at 4:20 p.m.

UPDATE: Last night, Republicans were saying tickets were still available from the event. And today we get word from a Blog reader that school kids will be loaded on buses in Bentonville to swell the numbers. Maybe A$a can bring in some sacks from Harp’s, where he’s been bagging groceries, for clothing appropriate for someone forced to appear in a public place with the Bully in Chief.
