Keith Jones, the genial long-time director of Central Arkansas Transit, is resigning to take a new job in Texas. The resignation is effective Feb. 28. He’s going to work for URS Corporation to manage some existing rail projects and develop new transportation business. (His resignation letter notes, for the record, that URS has never done business with CAT.)
