The Gentry School Board hears from the man who wants a Bible curriculum in public schools there and in many more school districts. Doesn’t sound like it’s about history and literature. Proponent Logan Reed insists otherwise and said he doesn’t mind if an atheist teaches the course:

“For the word of God is living and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart,” Reed quoted from Hebrews 4:12.
