The Democrat-Gazette this morning did a news feature on Little Rock’s planned land bank program, a way for the city to potentially convert distressed residential property to better use.
Who’ll be running this program? Strong Mayor Mark Stodola doesn’t say. But I can report that Bill Watt, the disgraced former municipal judge who lost his judgeship during the Whitewater investigation on account of wheeling and dealing with the felonious David Hale, is telling people he’s going to be helping run the show.
