A judge said Friday she’s inclined to boost a jury’s damages award against the SF Weekly to $15.6 million and order the publication to stop trying to ruin the competing San Francisco Bay Guardian with below-cost ads.

… Noting that state law prohibits below-cost pricing intended to injure competition, [Judge] Miller asked, “Aren’t they just like any other business?”
