Conservation groups will go before the state Pollution Control and Ecology Commission tomorrow to argue for a change in definition of air contaminants to recognize the harmful effects of carbon dioxide.

The Arkansas polluters lobby will be there in hysterical opposition. Here’s the statement they’ll release to the media tomorrow. Clean air costs money is their essential howl.
