LRPD reports on a vice detail inspection at the State Fair:

Vice detectives inspected a booth at the State Fair that was selling various name brand items, which were suspected to be counterfeit.  Vice detectives contacted Immigration and Customs Enforcement, and ICE Agents responded to the Arkansas State Fair and made contact with Boukare Ouiya, 52, of Aurora, Colorado.  ICE Agents determined Mr. Ouiya to be an illegal alien and took custody of him.  Mr. Ouiya stated he was not the owner of the booth and could not provide the name of the owner of the booth.  Mr. Ouiya attempted to call the owner of the booth with negative results.  Vice Detectives took custody of the items in the booth to store at the Little Rock Police Department Property Room for safekeeping, including but not limited to 179 pairs of Nike shoes, 20 Louis Vuitton purses, 102 Coach purses, 48 Chanel purses, 24 Dolce & Gabbana purses, 1 Fendi purse, 2 Kate Spade purses, 1 Christian Dior purse, and 12 Gucci purses.
