The state Supreme Court today declined to consider whether the state’s Workers Compensation Commission is unconstitutionally stacked against injured workers. (It’s indisputably stacked against workers; as a practical matter, only the extent is at issue.) The court said the question wasn’t fully argued and couldn’t be decided in this case. It said it was willing to do so in a future case.

Consolation: The court overturned the commission on a ruling against the injured worker in the case.
