It’s the law: Be kind to animals

The felony animal cruelty bill passed the House 88-9. It’s done with passage by both houses. Mighty easy. Again, the nagging thought that it was so easy it must not be stiff enough.

The Dirty Dozen:

Nine voted no: Cooper, Dismang, English, Everett, Glidewell, King, Ragland, Rice Wells.

Ingram and J. Rogers didn’t vote, same as a “no.”
