The Racial Profiling Hotline, authorized by Act 768, which was passed in this year’s legislative session, is now active.  The number is 1-877-246-4404.  Attorney General Dustin McDaniel said in a press release that while he believes and hopes racial profiling in Arkansas is rare, it’s important to have a tool to track and evaluate allegations.
