The average sale price was up in Pulaski County, down everywhere else. For the year, numbers everywhere are negative, generally double-digit negative, with one notable exception — the average housing sale price in Pulaski County is up a tiny bit, from $171,600 to $171,800. In Benton and Washington Counties, prices are down 12.8 and 11 percent on average, respectively. Remarkable in this down market that Pulaski is holding up.

Here’s the county-by-county spreadsheet.
