Pfizer has agreed to pay more than $2 billion to settle a fraud claim over its marketing of a pain-killing drug, Bextra, and some other drugs. Inflated prices, kickbacks to doctors, etc. It’s the largest fraud fine ever.

The criminal and civil settlements will provide about $1.7 million to Arkansas, Attorney General Dustin McDaniel announced.
