The noise machine’s talking point of the day yesterday — outrage over a black Islamic foreign-born terrorist being allowed to address public school students — is over. Now it’s back to the big enchilada — health care.

Guess what? The president still forges ahead. Democrats in Congress still forge ahead. Republicans, with rare exceptions, stand in the way. The American people, polls show, still favor a public insurance option and still have a better opinion of the president on health care than they do of Republicans. Only the do-nothing crowd could favor the GOP approach. That message is, increasingly, getting out.
