This is a second call for reader participation in a project for a coming issue of the Arkansas Times.

We’re looking for that BIG IDEA that would make Pulaski County a better place. Think small or medium if you prefer. Every topic is on the table. Commerce. Schools. Parks. Infrastructure. No boundaries. Think UAMS should become the base for a government option health program like Medicare? Step right up and explain. More parks? 24-hour libary? Sunday beer sales? Light rail? THIMK, as the famous sign once said.

Write up your ideas (we’re suggesting a 300-word limit) and send them to gerardmatthews@arktimes.com or lindseymillar@arktimes.com

We’ll publish the best ideas in our issue early next year.
