The Republican Party of Arkansas has issued media groundrules for covering Sarah Palin’s talk Tuesday for a GOP fund-raiser at Verizon Arena in North Little Rock.

There will be a “media availability” beforehand with GOP Chair Doyle Webb. (It’s unclear if Palin will appear at that.) And reporters may attend the event itself. But the speakers bureau that arranged Palin’s appearance for an as yet undisclosed fee has specified that neither audio nor video recordings may be made of the event.
