Civil rights lawyer John Walker (does he need an introduction?) is going to try again for a seat in the state legislature. He lost a race for Senate eight years ago. This year, he’s running for term-limited Rep. Wilhelmina Lewellen’s House seat.

Quite a race shaping up here in the Democratic primary — Terri Hollingsworth (daughter of the late lawyer Les Hollingsworth); city of Little Rock lobbyist Odies Wilson, and state Education Department official Charity Smith. Republican Carolyn Ann Smith also has announced. Walker’s announcement:
