SPEAKING OF LABOR: President Obama today made 15 recess appointments, including an NLRB board member that Sen. Blanche Lincoln (Chamber of Commerce Party, D.C.) had opposed. Repubs immediately made this sound like nuclear war, when George W. Bush made 170 recess appointments.
