Parties in the Entergy rate case dickered further and reached another proposed settlement agreement submitted to the state Public Service Commission.

Here it is. The essence: The PSC had objected to a $21 million shift of rates from industrial to residential customers in an overall $73 million rate increase. The new proposal, on which all parties are now in agreement, sets the shift to residential customers about $3 million less, offset by an equivalent shift to larger users. The settlement also addresses a Hino Motors concern on some other issues.
