Your turn.
This is late, but it’s never too late to issue a reminder about the danger of using a cell phone while driving. From KATV:
A vehicle heading southbound on 1-430 Sunday evening, drove off of the I-430 bridge and landed in the Arkansas River. The driver, Pierce Boyd, 19 of Little Rock, said she was reaching for her cell phone and lost control of the vehicle.
A State Police spokesman elaborated that the motorist was southbound on the north side of the river and drove off an approach to the bridge, downhill and into water. He said she exited the car and was reaching land as rescuers arrived. She’d apparently missed an exit in Little Rock, crossed the river, exited at Maumelle Boulevard and was attempting again to reach the Cantrell exit when the accident occurred during a cell phone call with her mother, the spokesman said.
