Noted: Officials said 500 wristbands were given out to book buyers. Before the event, publicity said 1,000 would be distributed. I’m unclear if the number changed or if turnout was smaller than expected. I think I’ll wait for the cartoon version.

UPDATE: If you just can’t get enough of that special Palin accent, Tolbert caught some on video.
