The U.S. attorney’s office has announced a guilty plea by Little Rock securities broker Mark Madison to a securities fraud scheme. Acting on informationi from Arkansas securities regulators, the feds found Madison had defrauded more than 30 customers of some $1.2 million. They thought they had high-yield investments. He was converting the money to his own use, the news release said.
