A pizza shop owner quitting a location on account of repeat robberies wasn’t exactly an advertisement for Little Rock progress in fighting crime.

I suspect that’s part of the reason, as well as a batch of arrests, that the Little Rock police department has rounded up information on some recent robbery arrests (including the Otter Creek pizza holdup) and noted that they believe officers have arrested members of three groups, mostly juveniles, responsible for some 50 robberies.
