With the beginning of the ballot title review process, we are on track to finish drafting the Arkansas Medical Marijuana Act. When finished, we will have an initiative that protects sick and dying patients in Arkansas, while avoiding the pitfalls of medical marijuana legislation passed in other states. After collecting signatures, the Act will be placed on the 2012 statewide ballot and voters will be given a chance to make a compassionate choice.
