We’ve reported his candidacy previously, but Court of Appeals Judge Raymond Abramson of Holly Grove will formally announce his candidacy for an open state Supreme Court seat Monday at news conferences at Clarendon and Little Rock.

Justice Jim Gunter is retiring from the seat Abramson seeks.
