The Arkansas Supreme Court today accepted the voluntary surrender of the law license of Kevin Lewis, the attorney who has pleaded guilty to swindling banks out of $47 million in a scheme built on bogus bond issues. He’s awaiting sentencing. The Supreme Court order barred Lewis from practicing law in Arkansas again.
