Basketball great and Arkansas native Scottie Pippen is suing all sorts of on-line publications for falsely intimating that he had filed for bankruptcy. Says his lawsuit, provided by Deadspin:

It is a most foul libel indeed to be falsely accused of being bankrupt

The lawsuit, which includes an exhaustive recitation of Pippen’s career and works, says Pippen’s net worth has never fallen below $40 million in the last 10 years. Noted. And double-noted.
