Has ALEC, which subsidizes Arkansas legislative membership, provides legislation and talking points to Arkansas Republican legislators and even pays to send staffers to lobby in committee for Arkansas Republican legisation (anti-health care reform bill by Sen. Missy Irvin, for example), filed a public disclosure of its lobbying activities in Arkansas? I can’t find it on-line, but perhaps I’ve overlooked something. Not.
