Talking Points Memo says that the Democrats will be able to get a vote in the House this week on the Senate-approved tax cut plan.

It would extend Bush tax cuts to the first $250,000 of income for all taxpayers, including the millionaires. Democrats say 81 percent of the income over that amount is reported by millionaires. So Republicans Tim Griffin, Rick Crawford and Steve Womack shortly are expected to be voting to deny middle class tax cuts because of tax increases for millionaires.
