The 47 percent includes millionaire moochers

The New York Times runs it down:

That 47 percent of the American populace who just take and take and take and don’t want to give the government any tax money? Those people that Mitt Romney has no use for?

* In 2011, 7,000 tax filers who reported more than $1 million in income paid no federal income tax. The Romney Plan, you could call it.

* Also in 2011, 110,000 filers who made more than $200,000 (that’s middle income to Mitt Romney) paid no income taxes.
