Arkansas Business reports on the 5-2 vote by the Little Rock Advertising and Promotion Commission to negotiate a contract with Polk Stanley Wilcox to lead the design on the renovation of the Robinson Center and Music Hall. They’ll partner with Ennead Architects of New York on the $64 million project.

Article says the pitch included a plan to open up the north face of the building to take advantage of the new (red, white and blue?) Broadway Bridge and the riverfront.
