The Club for Growth today launched a website urging for primary challengers to nine Republican members of Congress it brands RINOs (Republicans in Name Only) who’re in safe Republican seats, including Rep. Rick Crawford.
The Club for Growth is mad at Crawford for breaking his no-tax pledge last year with a proposal to tax millionaires and for not voting for things that would’ve taken a real chunk out of the deficit, like cutting $15 million to restore Pacific salmon populations and ending funding to the National Endowment of Arts. How’re we ever going to get over our spending addiction with that kind of reckless inaction?
