The Blytheville Courier News reports that a 17-year-old neighbor, Christopher Sowell, has been arrested in the slaying Tuesday night of Jessica Williams, 11, of Gosnell. She was last seen Tuesday evening while playing outside her home. Her  body was found Wednesday morning under a bridge on a remote road nearby.

UPDATE: Channel 4 is reporting the youth has admitted the killing.
