From the River Valley Leader, details on police response to shots fired Saturday in the parking lot of a Walmart in Russellville:

The officers discovered that while the child was attempting to enter the vehicle, the child accidentally grabbed a hold of a loaded shotgun that had not been secured to help pull himself into the vehicle (truck). While grabbing the shotgun the child accidently pulled the trigger causing the shotgun to discharge and strike his father in the back. Nobody else was injured including the child.
