Stan Miller, the Little Rock Wastewater Utility operations manager who was the subject of a police investigation into his occupancy at treatment plants and use of taxpayer dollars, was fired for reasons other than those stemming from the investigation, according to his personnel file. Miller also used LRWU personnel to work on his camper at Willow Beach while on the clock and took employees to a shooting club for a Christmas party, where alcohol was consumed, also on utility time. The police report, concludes that Miller’s boss, fired CEO Reggie Corbitt, sanctioned the work done to allow Miller to move his trailer to the Adams Field and Fourche Creek plants, has been referred to the Pulaski County prosecutor.
