A proposed 1.9 property tax millage to support Pulaski Tech was trailing in early and absentee voting 539 against to 532 for. 

UPDATE: Things turned south when the election day voting started coming in. With 52 percent of the vote in, the count is running almost three-to-one against the tax —  5,189  to 1,891. With that kind of margin, I think I”ll leave the death watch to the night owls.
