He got a hearing last night, but no relief, on his request to use a building on his property for a church. City officials said their refusal to go along was strictly a zoning matter, not discrimination against his faith. Fox 16 has the report.

Mayor Mike Robertson said, “There have been allegations of this being a civil rights issue, this is no more than a zoning issue.”
But [High Priest Bert] Dahl said, “Basically this is a great big shell game and this is the latest move to keep us busy and put out more money, time and effort.”
