A Texas judge has dismissed a lawsuit filed by an Oklahoma woman against Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones that alleged an assault by him in 2009. The judge said the case was barred by the statute of limitations. The woman’s lawyer said Jones paid no one anything.
