* RUTLEDGE NAMES KEY STAFF: Leslie Rutledge, the incoming attorney general, named a couple more top staff members today. Carl Vogelpohl, former district director and chief of staff for U.S. Rep. Tim Griffin, will be her chief of staff and Cory Cox, most recently deputy chief counsel of the Department of Human Services and, among others, a former Mike Huckabee staffer, will be her legislative director. She’d earlier named Julie Benafield as chief deputy attorney general.
