KAIT in Jonesboro reports
that Arkansas State University seized a drone, remote control and cell phone from a man they’d stopped in a parking garage while investigating a drone flying around University Hall,  a women’s dorm, shortly after midnight Sunday.

Officials will determine if a case of video voyeurism is possible.

News comes the same day the House passed Rep. Justin Harris’ bill to prohibit use of drones to invade privacy. Does the ASU investigation mean officers believe there’s sufficient legislation already to bring such a charge?
