The New York Times yesterday posted
a giant feature on Lexi and Tori Weeks, Cabot twins, who are challenging the national high school record for women in the pole vault.

It’s a story about the remarkable twins, their training in an unlikely spot in rural Arkansas and the state’s uncommon place in the annals of pole vaulting. A good story, with lots of photos. They aim at a high school record, 14 feet 2 inches, that would have been a world record only 20 years ago.
