New 2016 contender Donald Trump has surged to second place in the latest poll of New Hampshire GOP primary voters.
The billionaire real estate magnate, who announced his candidacy last week, now suprisingly trails the head-of-the-pack, former Gov. Jeb Bush (Fla.), by just three percentage points, 14 percent to 11 percent, in the new Suffolk University poll released Tuesday.
“Jeb Bush continues to lead, but Donald Trump has emerged as an anti-Jeb Bush alternative in New Hampshire,” David Paleologos, director of the Suffolk University Political Research Center, said in a statement.
We’re in store for riches of embarrassment.
