I’m a follower of Bentonville Public Schools Citizens for Equality, which is working to get the school district to adopt an employment policy that prevents discrimination against employees on account of sexual orientation.

There was some thought the policy might come up for action last night. It didn’t. But the organized conservative religious opposition turned out in force again to oppose non-discrimination and bring up the usual tired trope about men prowling women’s bathrooms.

No coherent news account readily available. But the Twitter feed of Citizens Equality will give you a good feeling on the tumultuous nature of the meeting.
