News reports say that David Wyatt of Chattanooga was one of the Marines killed in yesterday’s assault on a Naval reserve center and that he is a native of Russellville.
Staff Sgt. Wyatt’s Facebook page says he attended Russellville High School and the University of Montana. His wife, Lorri, is receiving condolences on her Facebook page. They have two children. She posted a picture of him holding the children, each holding an American flag.
Wyatt’s sister, Dawne Wyatt Trent of Conway, shared her sister-in-law’s family photo on her Facebook page with the remark:
Some gave all … and my brother, our hero, and his fallen fellow Marines did just that. Please uplift them, their families, Lorri, his young children,
Channelmy mama and dad in your prayers. David we are proud of you.
