Kentucky clerk Kim Davis
went back to work this morning and told gathered reporters she’d continue to refuse to obey the U.S. Supreme Court and not issue marriage licenses to same-sex couples. She said she wouldn’t interfere with deputies who did so, but said any licenses issued would not be under her “name or authority.”

Again. Kim Davis is insisting that secular law conform to her religion. Who’s persecuting who?
