TLC, the cable channel, has come up with a new way to continue to profit off the Duggar family despite the recent scandals.

The outfit has cooked up specials featuring two Duggar daughters, Jill Dillard and Jessa Sewald.

Something had to fill the void.

Discovery Communications, which includes TLC, had to take a $24 million charge against earnings because of the cancellation of the Duggar show “19 Kids and Counting.”

No word on financial arrangements or episodes that could grow out of the new specials. Some of it might depend on how well viewers receive Duggars shorn of Josh (he definitely won’t be included) and perhaps Jim Bob, Michelle and the rest of the brood as well.
