KARK reports that Kevin Linsley, 35, has surrendered to Little Rock police on charges of negligent homicide and failure to stop after an accident in the Aug. 28 death of a pedestrian, Ian Canham, 29, at Rodney Parham and Old Forge Roads.

Linsley surrendered after arrests warrants were issued in the case. At the time, police said a van was seen striking Canham and driving away. Canham was walking home from a store. The police said shortly after the accident that they had located the vehicle and had potential information about the driver, but the investigation was ongoing.
